How do I place an order and what forms of payment do you accept?

To place an order, you may pay online, by phone, or mail. We currently use PayPal to process orders online. PayPal is one of the internet’s largest payment processing services. For more information on PayPal visit www.paypal.com.

To order by mail, please include the following: 1. Your name 2. Address 3. Telephone number 4. Product you would like to order 5. The name in our database that sounds like your child's name 6. Your child's name with correct spelling 7. Gender of the child 8. Personal message you would like printed on the cd label. (Optional), and mail your order with your preferred method of payment, credit card number, personal check, cashier check, or money order. All orders paid via personal check will be held up to 7 days to ensure that the check clears. Once cleared, your order will be shipped. Please do not send cash through the mail. We cannot be held liable for cash payments that get lost in the mail. VA residents must add 5% sales tax to all orders. There is a $4.25 shipping & handling fee on all orders under $30 within the US. If your order is $30 or more shipping & handling is FREE! US orders only. All international orders will be charged a $13.45 flat rate shipping & handling charge. Please mail your order to:

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 24 hours of us receiving the order. If for some reason we are unable to process your order in this time frame, we will contact you by phone or email to provide a status on your order.

What about shipping?

Orders are usually shipped a day after they are processed and are shipped via USPS with signature confirmation. Using signature confirmation provides detailed tracking of your order which protects both parties involved in the order process. There is a $4.25 shipping & handling fee on all orders under $30 within the US. If your order is $30 or more shipping & handling is FREE! US orders only. All international orders will be charged a $13.45 flat rate shipping & handling fee. Please allow your order 5-10 business days within the US, and 7-12 business days outside the US for delivery.

What if I make a personalization error on my order?

If you discover that you have made a personalization error on your order, and report it to us before the order has left our office, there is no fee to have the order changed. If the discovery is made after we have shipped your order, a $5.00 fee will be charged to correct the error. You may contact us by phone or email to notify us of any errors you would like us to correct. We will need you to return the product that you need corrected in order for us to alter it. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling incurred when sending the product back to our office. There will be no shipping & handling fee for us to mail the order back to you.

What is your policy on refunds?

Due to federal copyright laws and the personalization of our products we do not provide refunds.

What is your policy on exchanges?

If your order is damaged or lost through the mail after leaving our office, we will exchange it for the same product and name originally purchased. Lost orders will need to be verified with the shipping service before we send out a replacement order. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to make a damage claim. All damage claims need to be returned to our office for confirmation of damage. We suggest that all returns be mailed with tracking. We are not responsible for returns that get lost while in transit to our office.

What is your privacy policy?

We believe in the right to privacy and confidentiality. When you submit your order to our company, we will never transfer or sell your information to a third party. Simply said, we respect your rights!
